Meet Our Team

Nathan Cooper, Fabrication

You know how people say “I know a guy” that can do that?” There’s a 95% chance it’s Nathan. Nathan’s a fabrication specialist with a ridiculous amount of custom millwork expertise. He specializes in CNC fabrication, metalwork, and lighting production. He translates our team ideas into durable, functional and timeless end products.

With a strong background in fabrication systems, construction detailing, and hands-on problem solving, Nathan helps bring restaurants, retail spaces, offices, exhibits, and branded environments to life with precision, creativity, and craftsmanship. We’re still trying to find a thing Nathan can’t do. $20 to whoever finds something.

Marcia Zook, Exhibits and Interiors

Marcia, Marcia, Marcia! Marcia is passionate about design that delights - how it influences the way people gather, work, and connect in the spaces they share. You’ll feel it when you first shake hands, you’ll see it when she’s potting plants she’s curated for your staff’s upkeep preferences, and you’ll appreciate it when she’s turning screws on furniture she’s selected specifically for your visitors.

Marcia’s aesthetic centers around spaces that spark curiosity, comfort and connection. As a founder and Design Director, she gives every detail the attention it deserves. Marcia’s thinking about how your space will make people feel, and how each visitor can feel seen. Time and again, this translates to end products that are thoughtful, unique, and warm.

Matt Leech, Branding + Creative

Matt’s work lives at the intersection of storytelling and the built environment. He’s an expert creative generalist who believes great spaces should feel intuitive, welcoming, and deeply connected to the people and communities they serve.

With a background in advertising, branding, experiential design, and art installations, Matt approaches each project with equal parts big-picture vision and hands-on curiosity, guiding work from early concept through final build. He cares deeply about design that can help communities feel seen, heard, and reflected in the spaces around them.

Matt’s develops concepts where every material, message, and moment speak to each other, and contribute to a larger sense of belonging.
